Civil Engineering assistance for the preparation and processing of a Development Plan on 3.3 +/- acres of C2 property.  The Development Plan consisted of two (2), two-story self storage buildings and one (1), one-story office/retail building.  Work included general coordination, planning, Development Plan and Drainage Report preparation.

Civil Engineering assistance for the project located on Lot 9 of Swan Industrial Park on 2.93 +/- acres of CI-2 zoning.  Work included providing general coordination, planning and the preparation and processing of the Development Plan, Drainage Report, On-Site Grading, Drainage and Paving Plan and Legal Descriptions for a Bio-Diesel facility.

Swan Industrial Park
Pima County, Arizona
Civil Engineering assistance for this eco-industrial development located on 55.18 +/- acres on CI-2 zoned property with 14 lots, two blocks and a single public access road with two cul-de-sacs.  Work included general coordination, planning and the preparation of Tentative and Final Plats, On-Site Paving Plans, along with the preparation and processing of the project’s Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP).

Thornydale Office Park Condominiums
Pima County, AZ
Civil Engineering assistance on this 5.25 +/- acre project consisting of six buildings and twenty-four units.  Our assistance included general coordination, planning, and the preparation and processing of the Tentative and Final Plats, Drainage Report, Stock Pile Plan, On-Site Grading, Paving and Private Sewer Plan, Water Plans along with Off-Site Paving and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). 

Golder Ranch Fire District, Phase I Project
Catalina, Arizona
Civil Engineering assistance in the construction of a new fire station and administration building on an 8.8 +/- acre, GR-1 zoned site.  Our work consisted of the preparation and processing of On-Site Grading, Paving, Drainage, Private Sewer and Private Water Plans along with the Off-Site Sewer and Water Plan preparation.

University of Arizona Poetry Center
Tucson, Arizona
Civil Engineering assistance in designing a Poetry Center at the University of Arizona on a 0.8 +/- acre site.  Work included providing Drainage, Grading, Paving, Water, Gas and Sewer Plan preparation for the site.

Civil Engineering assistance for the reparation and processing of a Site Plan and On-Site Improvement Plans for a commercial center with 12,000 S.F. of General Merchandise, 7,700 S.F. of Retail and 17,200 S.F. of Office Space.

Davis Monthan AFB Shopping Center

Civil engineering site preparation services for a new 170,000 square foot shopping center with parking at Davis Monthan Air Force Base.  Work included preparation of a set of construction documents for On-Site Paving, Grading, Drainage, and Horizontal Control.

Nellis AFB Shopping Center Expansion

Civil engineering services for a 215,938 square foot expansion to the existing Nellis Air Force Base shopping center. Work included preparation of a set of construction documents for on-site paving, grading, and drainage, and horizontal control.  Work also included preparation of grading and paving plans for a new little league field and a new running track.

La Cholla Plaza Commercial Center
City of Tucson, Arizona
Civil engineering services for a 74,860 square foot commercial development on 9.75 +/- acres.  Work included planning assistance and preparation of a Development Plan; On-Site Grading, Paving and Sewer Plans; design of a water distribution system; Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP); and a Drainage Report including detention/retention and bank protection. Preparation of construction documents covering the widening and striping plan for adjacent intersection improvements was also completed.

Civil Engineering services for a new 40 lot residential subdivision on 9.89+/- acres, zoned “F” Cascada Specific Plan and MDR (Medium Density Residential).  Work included Preliminary and Final Plat preparation, Mass Grading Plan, Paving and Sewer Plan, Water Plan, a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and construction observation.

Civil Engineering services for a new 129 lot residential subdivision on 34.67+/- acres, zoned Continental Ranch Specific Plan and MHDR (Medium High Density Residential.  Work included Due Diligence Report, Preliminary and Final Plat preparation, Mass Grading Plan, Paving and Sewer Plan, Off-Site Paving Plan, Water Plan, a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and construction observation.

Civil Engineering services for a new 260 lot residential subdivision on 91.84+/- acres, zoned CR-3, Cluster Option.  Work included Tentative and Final Plat preparation, Mass Grading Plan, Paving and Sewer Plan, Water Plan, right-of-way abandonments, El Paso Natural Gas coordination and a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP).

Civil Engineering services for a new 201 lot residential subdivision on 105+/- acres, zoned B-2 and R-1-7.  Work included Preliminary and Final Plat preparation, Mass Grading Plan, Paving and Sewer Plan, Off-Site Paving and Sewer Plan, Water Plan, Off-Site Water Plan, a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and construction observation.

Civil Engineering services for a new 61 lot residential subdivision on 12.67+/- acres, zoned O-3 and C-2.  Work included site investigation, Tentative and Final Plat preparation, Mass-Grading Plan, Paving and Sewer Plan, Water Plan, a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), and construction observation.

Hartman Vistas Subdivision
Town of Marana, Arizona
Civil engineering services for a new 367-lot residential subdivision with a 2.5 +/- acre commercial lot on 160 +/- acres in Marana.  The scope of work included conducting preliminary investigations on drainage, sewer, water and preliminary site layout preparation. In addition, our scope of services included coordination of development requirements such as Traffic Impact Analysis, Army Corps of Engineers 404 Permits, archaeological clearances and Cactus Ferruginous Pygmy Owl (CFPO) surveys; preparation of construction documents for the construction of 4,200 lineal feet of 12" gravity outfall sewer, coordinating off-site water analysis and design, preparing Preliminary Mass Grading Plans and earthwork calculations, preparing a Drainage Report, including on- and off-site hydrology and hydraulics and detention/retention design for review by Town of Marana, preparation of a, Preliminary Plan, Final Plat and On-Site Grading Plans, coordinating with utility companies, preparation of On-Site Paving, Water and Water Plans, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP) and site observation.

Silverbell Hills Estates Subdivision
Town of Marana, Arizona
Engineer of Record for construction of a new 73-lot subdivision on 110.82 +/- acres in the Town of Marana. The scope of work included review and revisions of existing improvement plans and conducting construction observation as part of Private Improvement Agreement Services with the Town of Marana.

Sunset Acres II
Town of Marana, Arizona
Civil engineering services for a new 42-lot residential subdivision on 56 +/- acres in Marana.  The scope of work included preliminary site investigation, planning/lot layout, preparation of the Tentative Plat, Final Plat, Drainage Report, the On-Site Grading, Paving and Drainage Plan, Silverbell Road Widening Plan, On-Site Water Plan and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP).

Cascada
Marana, AZ
This project is a mixed-use Master Planned Community on 1,420 +/- acres, zoned “F” Cascada Specific Plan.  Work included Civil Engineering services for planning, utility coordination, sub-consultant coordination, preparation of the Preliminary Block Plat, Final Block Plat, Water Plans, Paving Plans, Grading and Bank Protection Plans, and Erosion and Sediment Control Plans in support of all the improvement plans.

Linda Vista/Cortaro Farms Regional Sewer Study
Marana/Pima County, AZ
A planning level evaluation of the area principally bounded by the Cascada project on the north, the DeAnza project on the south, Hartman Lane to the east and I-10 to the west.  The evaluation provided an opinion from an Engineering perspective on how the proposed land uses for this area could best be provided with sewer conveyance service.  A Sewer Basin Study was also prepared.

Oasis Hills Outfall Sewer
Marana/Pima County, AZ
Civil Engineering services for the preparation of a 12” public gravity outfall sewer extending from the southwest corner of the Oasis Hills project located within the Acacia Hills Specific Plan area south of and adjacent to Camino de Manana and Oasis Road.
