ABOUT TIM

Tim D. Birk is a Registered Land Surveyor as well as Registered Civil Engineer. He has over twenty years professional experience in civil engineering and land surveying. His experience includes a variety of civil design elements directly related to successful land development such as grading, paving, sewer and water design, as well as platting and SWPP plan preparation. His responsibilities include major civil design elements on most of Presidio's projects.

Tim has worked on small 10-acre residential projects up to large-scale 300+ lot projects involving movement of 300,000+ cubic yards of cut material.
