5 years experience in platting, residential and commercial improvement plan design, hydrology / hydraulic analysis and design and interaction with government agencies and clients. Proficiency with AutoCAD and a civil engineering design package such as Eaglepoint or LDD is required.   Strong organizational and leadership skills are required for this position.   BSCE and Arizona PE (or ability to obtain Arizona PE within 1 year) are also required.
